Map My Mole allows us to access UK consultant dermatologists for an opinion within 24 -48 hours. Images are reviewed by experts in the field, and reports ensure detailed explanations are provided. If a mole is concerning, the dermatologist will inform you by providing you with a report that can be sent to your GP to speed up any referral.
How it works

Attend Bare Skin Laser clinic for a consultation and assessment of the mole/lesion using a dermoscope.
2.
We then submit your pictures to be reviewed by Map My Mole's leading consultant dermatologists.
3.
Within 24-48 hours a report will be sent, which will determine if we can remove the lesion in clinic or if further investigation needs to be carried out with your GP.

Please note that a diagnosis cannot be achieved with images alone. This would require a biopsy and histology if deemed appropriate.
This is purely a fast track service if you have concerns over a mole or lesion, to get them assessed and to find out if you require referral for further investigation.
